Thanks for another great service call Precision! As usual the experience was wonderful. I love ???? “the heads up” text and Cameron was spot on w his arrival time. He was awesome, and knew what the problem was immediately. He took great care repairing the issue and is an excellent representative of your company. Cameron was more than courteous and professional. He’s just a down home, A-1, great guy. He even walked me through what he was doing and educated me on my overhead g-door’s best care for longevity. I learned so much and that’s a big deal to me. It’s people like him that are the advertisement b/c it only takes one poor rep. to ruin a company’s rating. Cameron, keep up the good work and be immensely blessed!!! Overall, I am ???? % happy. Very pleased with the ability to service my garage door the same day it failed to open. The service man, Eric McInnis was knowledgeable and courteous, He had to return the next day because in repairing the door a new problem, undetected, developed after he left. He returned this morning and solved the problem, I thought the total cost was a little pricey however I do appreciate the final results.

The techs showed up early, took care of everything, did it swiftly and I have a lifetime warranty. Instead of replacing just the broken spring we opted to have all the hardware except the opener replaced. Price was higher than I had hoped it would be but less than it could have been so I feel this was well worth the price.

This company made an impression on me the first time I called. So much so that I did not call anyone else. Their follow up is outstanding. Me. Tillman, the young man the came to take care of the repairs called early and let me know he would be here at 8:00 am and at 8:00 am on the dot the doorbell rang. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Everything works great and they are who I will call and recommend each and every time!

Nelson and Brad( technician in training) were wonderful!! When I arrived home from work they were already in my driveway waiting for me. They were very knowledgeable and extremely polite. First.....! Let me thank The Holy Trinity! Second, I would like to thank this company! I arrived home, a few days ago, to find that my garage door was broken. One of the panels just simply snapped!!! I was all upset, scared, and just plain hurt! Well, I placed a call to the nessecary party, as to the repair. They were of NO help. By the way, this is my 1st home. I was told, that someone could come out the following week! REALLY!!????????? I was also told that there would be a $75 charge, plus $350, after describing the problem. I need to make it very clear, that I am not a robot, competitor, or solicited person. I am a real human being. Long story short, I looked up "garage door repair". I found Precision Door Of Jackson, MS!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! My technician was PJ!!!! Great Scott!!! PJ was soooo respectful, comforting, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and caring! After just 10 minutes, I was a calm, as a cucumber! For me, that's a huge deal! PJ immediately identified the problem, took all nessecary precautions, and talked me through the entire process! This is a "must" for me, as my specialty is dentistry. For those of you who have had to visit the Dentist, or even work there......, understand!!!! As a woman, you expect businesses to take advantage of you! THIS ONE WILL NOT!!! Upon completion, of the work, the bill was next to nothing! I was extremely happy!!! Finally, let me elaborate on PJ!!! He awesome! I dabble in home decor, but after PJ began giving me ideas, I felt like I should hire him!! He definitely knows his "craft", extremely well. He's also one of the nicest gentlemen, that I have ever met!! Finally,in closing, I would recommend Precision, to everyone I know...., and have been doing so! I wasn't even charged a service fee!!!! ????????????????. Get this too. I initially called Precision at about 4 something, and roughly 15 min. later, PJ was calling. He assured me, that he was on the way. To me, my door looked like a huge Freddy Kruger, but after seeing PJ, repair it, i feel that I can face whatever gets broken!!! If you want great service, and a friend, call Precision! ASK FOR PJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????

RUSTY OWENS Rusty was able to find what caused our garage door to clink and clang when it goes up or down. It is so quiet now, it's amazing. Hardly know it's going up or down. He made sure that our garage door opener could be fixed, but when he realized it could not be, he convinced us that we did nee the bells and whistles opener and do we like it. He never gave up on what needed done, and I was impressed with the way he conducted himself and how he wanted to make sure we could have a working opener.
