I got in contact with precision because the first one i contacted could not make an appointment for one week. So i called Precision and a service person name Cameron came out that same day at around 2pm. He fixed the problem within an hour. I will probably use Precision from now on.

My garage door will not go down and I checked for a service company in my area and Precision was listed as one of the vendors. I selected Precision and repairman, Cameron Coursey was assigned to fix my garage door. He arrived on time and explained the problem to me. He had to order a part and told me that it was going to take a week or so. He instructed and showed me how to open and close the garage door manual until he returns with the part. Thank you, Cameron, for providing Excellent Service to me.

I chose your company based on the reviews I read from other customers. I am from the old school of customer service and it was so refreshing that your Flowood store kept me informed as to what day and time the repair person would be at my home and on the two visits he made he called hours before the scheduled time and asked if he could come early. His name is Cameron Lepard and he could not have been more polite, informative, efficient and effective during the entire repair process. I can assure you I would recommend your company to anyone I know who needs garage door service without any reservation.

They arrived early, analyzed the problem with my old garage door opener and gave me three alternative bids to consider. The technician was very courteous and very knowledgeable about what we were wanting and looking for in a door opener. We had one that went bad and the technician figured out right away what the problem was. And replaced everything with a really nice Liftmaster door opener
