Your employees were very professional. It took a second one to come when the first one hit a problem he was not proficient in - so he called the one most experienced in that particular problem and he came and fixed the door and related chains and equipment. This was done without increasing the price quoted! Thank You!

Kris Howard was an excellent repairman. He answered all of the questions that I had....and I asked a few....He was quick, professional, and acted like he enjoyed his job. He even stated how much he enjoyed working for Precision and the customers he supplies with a quality service. I recommend Precision and if you need a technicians name then ask for Kris Howard. Fast and friendly service. All options for the repair were explained, there was no pressure. I highly recommend them.

You guys are great! Very professional and experienced, Rusty Owens is a great representative of the Precision company. He communicated his time of arrival accurately so I would be available and ready when he came. Rusty also took care to explain the work that was needed professionally and also simply in a way anyone could understand. He was fast and efficient with the repair work I needed. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I had all the information I needed for necessary maintenance.
