RUSTY OWENS Rusty was able to find what caused our garage door to clink and clang when it goes up or down. It is so quiet now, it's amazing. Hardly know it's going up or down. He made sure that our garage door opener could be fixed, but when he realized it could not be, he convinced us that we did nee the bells and whistles opener and do we like it. He never gave up on what needed done, and I was impressed with the way he conducted himself and how he wanted to make sure we could have a working opener. You guys are great! Very professional and experienced, Rusty Owens is a great representative of the Precision company.
