When I called to report my door not functioning, I was given an appointment date & time. The repairman, Eric McInnis was here at the appointment time & fixed the problem in a reasonable time frame. His professionalism was greatly appreciated & now our garage door with mechanism is working perfectly, if not better than before. I would recommend Precision door service to all.

Rusty was amazing. He was 30 minutes early and had a very pleasant disposition. He was patient, kind and answered all of my questions and even gave me some recommendations.
