Cameron arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He called to check if him arriving early was acceptable. He took a Quick Look . Explained the work that was needed. He also showed me all the options available for the repair and answered all my questions. He completed the repair in under 30 mins . Tested the repairs multiple times. Blew and cleaned the door and looks nice and clean now.

Our technician Cameron Coursey was right on time for our appointment. He was very courteous, professional and fully explained our options for repair of our overhead door. He gave us several options from single spring to double springs. We chose the package option which covered springs, rollers, brackets, etc. with a five year warranty. The door was in need of a good update and we are completely satisfied. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone needing this type of service.

I was very pleased with my service from Precision Door Service. I decided to use your company because a friend recommended you. Making an appointment was easy, and I was kept informed about the date and time my serviceman, Cameron, would arrive. I liked that I was given a choice of times for my convenience. He called to notify me when he was on his way. Cameron introduced himself and he was so polite and informative. I told him my problem and he checked to find it. He did offer me a couple of options with warranties. I told him several things that I wanted to replace, and he advised me which parts were included in a plan. We agreed on the services and the parts, and he began work immediately. I checked on his progress at times and he was always busy.

Excellent service. Cameron arrived early, immediately determined the problem with the opener and had parts available in his truck. He repaired the opener and drive chain and checked and lubricated all moving parts on the door at a reasonable price! Definitely will use again (very professional company) and I recommend them.

It was late Friday night (after regular business hours) and my garage door opener quit working. The only company I knew was closed. So I went to the Internet and found several companies but the one that stood out most was Precision. I was able to call that night and schedule an appointment. I received e-mails and texts with updates. And the technician who installed it was friendly, professional and did a great job. I would not hesitate recommending Precision to anybody!!
