I spent hours reading reviews before choosing Precision Door. I hate making big decisions by myself because you can only blame yourself if it doesn't go right. I called yesterday and they sent someone out at noon today. 100% professional. He talked me through my options and answered every question. He got right to work, installed, set up remotes, set up my car remote, set up iPhone app. I could not be happier. I would recommend Precision and the technician, Rusty Owens, is the best.

The technician texted and called me that he was on his way to my home. Our garage door opener switch has malfunctioning and he replaced it. He also provided some helpful advice on the care on the garage rollers. Very pleasant young man.

Our garage door decided to break two nights before Thanksgiving. We didn't know who to call so I asked on the Madison MS mom's facebook group. One of the moms recommended Precision Doors and we are so glad they did. We called and were immediately connected to a nearby technician. They scheduled us fore between 2-4pm but our technician gave me a call and said he could head our way earlier if that was okay. We had Cameron and he was very respectful and polite. He fixed the garage in under an hour and was very pleasant to talk to. We highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Mr. Truelove installed a new garage door opener at my home on 11/13/2024. Professional and courteous all the way. Educated me on how everything works. Only minor issue is the two wireless door openers are not waterproof (for use on motorcycles) although it is a higher end LiftMaster. Will recommend this company and technician with no reservations.

I received service the same day that I called, which was important to me because I did not want nightfall to come without being able to close the garage to keep our cars safe. The lead repair man, Rusty Owens worked so hard trying to figure out what the problem was. I sensed that he was very competent. Both he and his helper worked tirelessly for two hours. Rusty decided that the springs were too short for the size garage door that we had. Although it was getting dark he continued to work and replaced the springs. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door company for the well mannered young men employed by them who did a great job which I needed so that I could feel safe that night. I also like the good emails that I received from the company.

Called yesterday to setup appointment for today. Eric, our repairman, Called to say he could come earlier than expected if that would work. Very pleased he could. Eric was very polite, explained what he immediately saw yo repair, said if anything more serious he'd discuss it with us before proceeding. He repaired our problem efficiently. Pleased with Precision Door and their employees. Had used before, member of BBB, good reputation.
