The two technicians that came out found the problem with the rollers that needed to be replaced. They were plastic with a coating that was wearing off. My door was so loud before they replaced them with new ones made out of rubber. They were both very nice and polite and did a great job. I am so pleased with their work.

the guys who installed my new belt driven door opener were kind and helpful, even setting up the app/camera for me and setting the remotes to now work both doors, things I could have done but it would have taken me much longer. It is expensive (!) but it is a good product and a great service company. Worth the extra money for me.

Eric did a great job. He called on his way and was even early which is rare these days. This was on a warranty service call and there were no problems. He even apologized to us for having a problem with the work done last year.

The service and the technician was great. But the repair was overpriced at best. I had the screw drive carriage trolley replaced which the part cost $25 max. The service call was $89. Minus tax, It cost $235 for 5 minutes of labor. That is crazy. Must be a markup on the part cost.
