We couldn’t get the garage door down the night before Good Friday. Amazingly, we were able to get a technician out on Good Friday morning! He found the problem right away, fixed it and serviced the garage door and opener. We could not be more pleased!!!

The two technicians that came out found the problem with the rollers that needed to be replaced. They were plastic with a coating that was wearing off. My door was so loud before they replaced them with new ones made out of rubber. They were both very nice and polite and did a great job. I am so pleased with their work.

Darrell called to let me know he was enroute and arrived on time. He explained the issue and answered all my questions. He replaced the springs and didn't mind my constant questions. Less than an hour later, Darrell finished and tested the new springs. He was quick, efficient, and professional.
