From a large "boom" in the late evening from the spring breaking on the garage door to professionally repaired and done by the next morning. I used the app to make an appointment right after the spring broke. Eric was my technician and had everything fixed by 10:30 the next morning. Perfect, you couldn't make that go any easier.

The two guys that came to check on my garage door opener and the reason it was showing need servicing were extremely nice, listened to me and went right to work. They found the problem, told me and put in the order for the replacement battery. Also soon they receive the part they will be back to replace. Cameron arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He called to check if him arriving early was acceptable. He took a Quick Look . Explained the work that was needed. He also showed me all the options available for the repair and answered all my questions. He completed the repair in under 30 mins . Tested the repairs multiple times. Blew and cleaned the door and looks nice and clean now.

Our technician Cameron Coursey was right on time for our appointment. He was very courteous, professional and fully explained our options for repair of our overhead door. He gave us several options from single spring to double springs. We chose the package option which covered springs, rollers, brackets, etc. with a five year warranty. The door was in need of a good update and we are completely satisfied. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone needing this type of service.

I called at noon and had a repairman here by 2:15! Chelsea was very courteous while scheduling the appointment and we received email and text notifications for appointment confirmation and when tech was on the way. Our technician, Cameron, arrived as scheduled and had the problem fixed quickly!

I was very pleased with my service from Precision Door Service. I decided to use your company because a friend recommended you. Making an appointment was easy, and I was kept informed about the date and time my serviceman, Cameron, would arrive. I liked that I was given a choice of times for my convenience. He called to notify me when he was on his way. Cameron introduced himself and he was so polite and informative. I told him my problem and he checked to find it. He did offer me a couple of options with warranties. I told him several things that I wanted to replace, and he advised me which parts were included in a plan. We agreed on the services and the parts, and he began work immediately. I checked on his progress at times and he was always busy.
