Called yesterday to setup appointment for today. Eric, our repairman, Called to say he could come earlier than expected if that would work. Very pleased he could. Eric was very polite, explained what he immediately saw yo repair, said if anything more serious he'd discuss it with us before proceeding. He repaired our problem efficiently. Pleased with Precision Door and their employees. Had used before, member of BBB, good reputation.

Cameron arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He called to check if him arriving early was acceptable. He took a Quick Look . Explained the work that was needed. He also showed me all the options available for the repair and answered all my questions. He completed the repair in under 30 mins . Tested the repairs multiple times. Blew and cleaned the door and looks nice and clean now.

Our technician Cameron Coursey was right on time for our appointment. He was very courteous, professional and fully explained our options for repair of our overhead door. He gave us several options from single spring to double springs. We chose the package option which covered springs, rollers, brackets, etc. with a five year warranty.
