My garage had suffered at the hands of my 21 year old daughter. Actually a spring broke while she was caring for the house. Not her fault I know. Made an appointment on Friday after for Saturday between 12-2pm. Cameron, garage door technician, called and arrived before the scheduled appointment time. This hardly ever happens. We all know this. Cameron assessed the situation and made sure he had the proper springs to replace both springs, not just the broken spring. Cameron set out to work. Now I must inform everyone and the company that not only had the garage become the universal storage/dump room, our 9 year old son is very inquisitive. He questioned EVERY thing Cameron did and continued the question bashing long after the job was complete. Cameron remained professional and took time to explain everything to our son. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. Cameron even tweaked other items that needed to be worked on, as far as the door is concerned. I would definitely recommend this company. Hopefully you will get Cameron!!!

When I had family here over the weekend, my garage door was not performing the way it should. When I opened or closed it, it was as if something was blocking the motion and caused it to retrack. After several tries, it would open or close. Since this was not normal, I called for service as the holidays were coming and I had a fear it might not open or shut at some point. I called on Wednesday to request service. When did I get service? Wednesday, and Christmas will be tomorrow! I appreciated this as I am 84 and widowed and try to remain independent. Patience is not one of my virtues but I have no problem waiting for a service call when the technician comes within the time frame, which he did. Cameron did not do any work until he inspected everything and gave me an estimate. He completed his work and made sure everything worked properly before he took my pay. The only bad thing about this experience is that I was not happy that my need for repair came in such an expensive month!

When I called Precision Door Service this morning, I had no idea what I was in for. The person who took my call was ready and willing to help with the problem I was having with my garage door. Even though she was not the one who would fix the problem she wanted to get me help as soon as she could and set me up with the a companies service technician who arrived at my home in just over an hour. This mans name is Payton Tuttle and what a wonderful experience it was to have him fix my my problem (the spring on my garage had broken) This man is not only good at what he does but is very pleasant and did not waste any time. Before I knew it, he was done and my garage door could go up and down again. When the spring broke, it could only go down. Thank you Precision Door Service for turning my problem into an asset again and thanks for sending your best repairman to fix it. I just can't see how you could have any better technicians. Payton knows his stuff.

As you might expect, you get ready to go out of town and your overhead door messes up. Called Precision and they came out after hours and repaired our door. Thumbs up to Wyatt, who was very nice and efficient. Communication was excellent as well. The whole process was very much appreciated.

Precision Door Service was able to quickly schedule an appointment that suited my work schedule. Each time I spoke with them they were very pleasant and professional on the phone.
