Our technician Cameron Coursey was right on time for our appointment. He was very courteous, professional and fully explained our options for repair of our overhead door. He gave us several options from single spring to double springs. We chose the package option which covered springs, rollers, brackets, etc. with a five year warranty. The door was in need of a good update and we are completely satisfied. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone needing this type of service.

I called at noon and had a repairman here by 2:15! Chelsea was very courteous while scheduling the appointment and we received email and text notifications for appointment confirmation and when tech was on the way. Our technician, Cameron, arrived as scheduled and had the problem fixed quickly!

I was very pleased with my service from Precision Door Service. I decided to use your company because a friend recommended you. Making an appointment was easy, and I was kept informed about the date and time my serviceman, Cameron, would arrive. I liked that I was given a choice of times for my convenience. He called to notify me when he was on his way. Cameron introduced himself and he was so polite and informative. I told him my problem and he checked to find it. He did offer me a couple of options with warranties. I told him several things that I wanted to replace, and he advised me which parts were included in a plan. We agreed on the services and the parts, and he began work immediately. I checked on his progress at times and he was always busy.

He communicated his time of arrival accurately so I would be available and ready when he came. Excellent service. Cameron arrived early, immediately determined the problem with the opener and had parts available in his truck. He repaired the opener and drive chain and checked and lubricated all moving parts on the door at a reasonable price! Definitely will use again (very professional company) and I recommend them.

They answered the phone on a Sunday. Which really surprised me. They made an appointment the next day, 12/11/2023 at our convenience. Gage was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We needed a new motor, I figured as much since it was over 15 years old. Gage uninstalled all of the old equipment and installed the new equipment. He then took the time to walk us through the process of setting up everything that we needed!!!!
