Kris Howard was an excellent repairman. He answered all of the questions that I had....and I asked a few....He was quick, professional, and acted like he enjoyed his job. He even stated how much he enjoyed working for Precision and the customers he supplies with a quality service. I recommend Precision and if you need a technicians name then ask for Kris Howard.
