We had an issue with the initial installation but we are very satisfied with how quick and courteous the company was to resolve the problem! There was a communication problem on the part of the technician. Without talking with me about handle placement, he installed 1 set of handles in the center of our double garage door. From pictures on the website and our invoice we expected 2 sets of handles (a set on each side). To correct the problem, the company replaced the door panel that already had handles in the center with a new panel. The new panel was at their expense and they followed up with excellent customer care!

Very polite and completed the job very quickly. Even called to say he would be an hour earlier than expected. Most servicemen show up 30 minutes to an hour late. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

I called the office and an appointment was set for the very next day. Chris came out and fixed the garage door with ease and professionalism. He was very efficient, qualified, and personable. Your employees were very professional. It took a second one to come when the first one hit a problem he was not proficient in - so he called the one most experienced in that particular problem and he came and fixed the door and related chains and equipment. Technician showed up when scheduled. Good communication via text re: appointment time, tech on the way, etc. Tech was knowledgeable and competent. He explained our alternatives and costs clearly and accurately. After installation he programmed our handheld and car remotes to operate both our new and current door openers. Very friendly and professional service. We would use them again.
