I have had some not so good garage repairs so I researched the several companies and Precision Garage Door Service had the highest customer ratings so I called them. Their technician Cameron met my expectations from reading the reviews and I am happy to say I too give him/the company 5 stars. Cameron listened to my concerns. Excellent customer service. First time I have used Precision Door and I will recommend to anyone inquiring. Called in for service yesterday and Peyton arrived at 8:00 AM this morning . Peyton was very courteous and professional. We discussed my options and I elected To get a new updated opener with a backup battery. It was Installed within the hour. Precision Garage Door Services is one of the most professional companies that I have done business with in years. We had a garage catastrophe, and I called Precision Garage Door Services. They answered the phone when I called, and sent a technician within an hour. He completely removed the old system and replaced other with a significant upgrade within an hour and a half. Precision is by far the best! My garage door was fixed in a short amount of time and for far less than I could have paid elsewhere. There was no push for upgrades or unnecessary items. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I can now manually open my garage door one handed if I need to. That in itself is amazing!
