the guys who installed my new belt driven door opener were kind and helpful, even setting up the app/camera for me and setting the remotes to now work both doors, things I could have done but it would have taken me much longer. It is expensive (!) but it is a good product and a great service company. Worth the extra money for me.

They installed my opener 2 years ago and did an excellent job. I had an issue with a noise and wanted them to check it out to be sure it is working correctly! I called yesterday to have someone come and check it. Eric came out today and made an adjustment and it is working perfectly!

He assessed the situation, explained all of my options clearly, then quickly got to work and fixed my problem (broken spring).
