We had an issue with the initial installation but we are very satisfied with how quick and courteous the company was to resolve the problem! There was a communication problem on the part of the technician. Without talking with me about handle placement, he installed 1 set of handles in the center of our double garage door. From pictures on the website and our invoice we expected 2 sets of handles (a set on each side). To correct the problem, the company replaced the door panel that already had handles in the center with a new panel. The new panel was at their expense and they followed up with excellent customer care!

Very polite and completed the job very quickly. Even called to say he would be an hour earlier than expected. Most servicemen show up 30 minutes to an hour late. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
