Precision came out the same day I called. Upon inspection of my garage door, they were able were able to diagnose the problem immediately. The technician fixed my problem after giving me an estimate. The tech called and I was able to open garage door with my garage app and he was able to the new rubber guard on the bottom . The old one was too short was worn out! The new fits the whole button on of the garage door!It looks great!

First off, I was thrilled to have my Saturday phone call answered by a real person! They told me they would have someone at my house first thing Monday morning and they weren't kidding. Got a call that my technician, Gage Long, was on the way before 8:00 am. Once there, Gage evaluated my problem (door would not close) and determined that I needed a new garage door opener. He discussed with me the options and once I heard about capabilities of the LiftMaster Wi-Fi LED Garage Door Opener, I knew that was the one for me. Gage had all the necessary equipment and had it installed (along with a keypad) and operational in no time. It is so incredibly smooth and quiet, that now my husband wants one on his door as well! Can't thank them enough for being so professional and coming to my rescue! Never dreamed it would be this easy!

I chose Precision Door Service in Flowood because I used them in 2022 and was completely satisfied with the service. The technician arrived on time, quickly located the cause of the problem, and made the repair. I had no further problems with the garage door until this year, when I backed out of the garage before the door was fully raised. Again, the service was stellar! The technician was polite and friendly as he went about repairing the door. Watching him, I was quite surprised that he could partially remove the door from its track, make the necessary adjustments, and have it working correctly in a speedy and efficient manner. I will use this service again if I break the door again. I think I have found a way to remember to allow time for the door to rise all the way up before trying to drive out of the garage.

Fixed the jammed roll up door in a short time. Me and my son worked on it an hour and couldn’t do anything with it. Emailed invoice promptly. Very reasonable charge. I am grateful.
