I diagnosed the problem as to replace sensors on the garage door. For a $40.00 part to charge $160.00 for the repair is in my opinion excessive.

This is the 2nd time we have used Precision Garage Door’s services. Both times they have been excellent! Sending a picture of the technician ahead of time takes a lot of worry out of the process. I normally don’t give reviews but I think this company definitely deserves one. I highly recommend them if you need any repair or service to your garage. The repair technician, Jason was awesome. He provided top notch service and was unbelievably fast. I would highly recommend him for any kind of garage repair or replacement. Precision Door Jackson is the best. I first used them with a Groupon. Then I had to call them on a Saturday a month later to fix my garage however the service guy I had already told me what was going to happen if I didn’t get it fixed that day but I was only trying to use my groupon purchase. So I wasn’t too alarmed when my garage door fell, Rodriguez came out on time and he was very efficient and fixed my garage in a timely manner. I will always use Precision Door for my garage services.

Precision Door Service was able to quickly schedule an appointment that suited my work schedule. Each time I spoke with them they were very pleasant and professional on the phone. They worked with me and were very understanding when I notified them I could be late due to traffic caused by an accident. The young man who came to the house was very friendly. The springs were replaced in no time putting my garage door back in operation in no time. Precision Door Service was the first company that came up when researching once the garage door spring broke. I am very pleased that I decided to call them!
