I diagnosed the problem as to replace sensors on the garage door. For a $40.00 part to charge $160.00 for the repair is in my opinion excessive.

This is the 2nd time we have used Precision Garage Door’s services. Both times they have been excellent! Sending a picture of the technician ahead of time takes a lot of worry out of the process. He was nice and got the repairs done . We can’t say enough good things about this company. The technician said he loved his job and liked his bosses. That makes us feel even better.

Precision Door Jackson is the best. I first used them with a Groupon. Then I had to call them on a Saturday a month later to fix my garage however the service guy I had already told me what was going to happen if I didn’t get it fixed that day but I was only trying to use my groupon purchase. So I wasn’t too alarmed when my garage door fell, Rodriguez came out on time and he was very efficient and fixed my garage in a timely manner. I will always use Precision Door for my garage services.

I was very satisfied with Precision from start to finish. I had a spring break on a 18' insulated door and could not get a vehicle in or out. I went online that night and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I chose Precision primarily due to the good reviews and their seemingly customer focus. (weekends, evenings, emergencies, etc.) The Tech (Townsend) was running a little ahead of schedule and called to see if I was in a position to accommodate the schedule change. No problem by me. He was a very nice young man, very knowledgably, and a pleasure to visit with. He took time answer all my questions and went beyond my expectations in completion of the job. Lubed all hinges, springs, rollers, and made sure everything was straight, in line, and operated as it should. I recommend this company and will definitely be a return customer.

Kuddos on great service! Chris showed excellent ability to troubleshoot. I had issues with external wiring and motherboard. He showed me multiple options for purchase that included product information and pricing. I would like to also brag on great communication from Precision Door. I got an email or text when I made my appointment, the morning of my appointment, and when he was on his way. It included a picture of him for added security. I would definitely recommend them in the future
