Called at 8:15am. Appointment was made for 10:00am the same day. The repairman (Chris) called about 8:35am to see if he could come earlier that 10:00. I said yes. He arrived about 8:45am. My garage door spring was replaced and he left about 9:35am. Price was reasonable. The work was both fast and efficient. I give them a five star rating.

Had an issue with our garage door, I contacted them at noon and I had a scheduled appointment for that afternoon. Our technician contacted us letting you us know he was on his way. He was prepared with parts and knew what was causing the problem, a bad circuit board. He replaced the board reprogrammed our openers and in less than 45 minutes it was working perfectly he was paid and our invoice was emailed to us! Very professional young man and knew his products! If you want great professional service at a reasonable price contact them you won’t be sorry!!

I have nothing but compliments for Precision Door and the technician who serviced our home. Quick, thorough service at a reasonable price. I’ll admit, I called a few one-man operators first. Technician showed up when scheduled. Good communication via text re: appointment time, tech on the way, etc. Tech was knowledgeable and competent. He explained our alternatives and costs clearly and accurately. After installation he programmed our handheld and car remotes to operate both our new and current door openers. Very friendly and professional service. We would use them again.

We had an issue with the initial installation but we are very satisfied with how quick and courteous the company was to resolve the problem! There was a communication problem on the part of the technician. Without talking with me about handle placement, he installed 1 set of handles in the center of our double garage door. From pictures on the website and our invoice we expected 2 sets of handles (a set on each side). To correct the problem, the company replaced the door panel that already had handles in the center with a new panel. The new panel was at their expense and they followed up with excellent customer care!

The gentleman that serviced me was very professional and took the time to show me and explain to me (in language I could understand) what was happening that was causing my problem.
