Technician showed up when scheduled. Good communication via text re: appointment time, tech on the way, etc. Tech was knowledgeable and competent. He explained our alternatives and costs clearly and accurately. After installation he programmed our handheld and car remotes to operate both our new and current door openers. Very friendly and professional service. We would use them again.

We had an issue with the initial installation but we are very satisfied with how quick and courteous the company was to resolve the problem! There was a communication problem on the part of the technician. Without talking with me about handle placement, he installed 1 set of handles in the center of our double garage door. From pictures on the website and our invoice we expected 2 sets of handles (a set on each side). To correct the problem, the company replaced the door panel that already had handles in the center with a new panel. The new panel was at their expense and they followed up with excellent customer care!

I have nothing but compliments for Precision Door and the technician who serviced our home. Quick, thorough service at a reasonable price. I’ll admit, I called a few one-man operators first. They either didn’t answer their phones or were too busy. That was my lucky break because my next call was to Precision and were we happy with them. The technician was fantastic and deserves praise, too!
