The techs showed up early, took care of everything, did it swiftly and I have a lifetime warranty. Instead of replacing just the broken spring we opted to have all the hardware except the opener replaced. Price was higher than I had hoped it would be but less than it could have been so I feel this was well worth the price.

Kuddos on great service! Chris showed excellent ability to troubleshoot. I had issues with external wiring and motherboard. Called Precision Door Service Wed morning around 10AM and informed them that garage door had pulled loose and fell on both cars in the garage. We could not move our cars and were in a real mess. They informed me that Chris Tucker would be out at 1:30 that day. What great service. Kristen Miller worked with me and would send me a quote that Chris Tucker worked up on a new Garage Door package. Both Chris and Kristen really gave great customer service. Chris also had a tech that was good also. New doors will be installed Monday morning. Again great service by all.
