Cameron came earlier than scheduled to my delight, inspected and serviced my garage door and opener. My opener needed a battery. Cameron educated me through a demonstration on how to prolong the battery life of my newly installed battery.

We were referred to Precision Door a year ago by friends who were pleased with its service and product. Precision Door installed two garage door operators for us in 2023, and has since returned twice to service our doors (not the new operators, which have been flawless, but the doors, which we have had for 30 years). We are completely satisfied with the door operators and the extremely high level of service we have received. The entire process is professional and efficient, beginning with our phone call to request service to the quick appointment time to the text and email communications and finally to the remarkably polite and efficient technicians who come to the house. My garage door will not go down and I checked for a service company in my area and Precision was listed as one of the vendors. I selected Precision and repairman, Cameron Coursey was assigned to fix my garage door. He arrived on time and explained the problem to me. He had to order a part and told me that it was going to take a week or so. He instructed and showed me how to open and close the garage door manual until he returns with the part. Thank you, Cameron, for providing Excellent Service to me.

I chose your company based on the reviews I read from other customers. I am from the old school of customer service and it was so refreshing that your Flowood store kept me informed as to what day and time the repair person would be at my home and on the two visits he made he called hours before the scheduled time and asked if he could come early. His name is Cameron Lepard and he could not have been more polite, informative, efficient and effective during the entire repair process. I can assure you I would recommend your company to anyone I know who needs garage door service without any reservation.

They arrived early, analyzed the problem with my old garage door opener and gave me three alternative bids to consider. The technician texted and called me that he was on his way to my home. Our garage door opener switch has malfunctioning and he replaced it. He also provided some helpful advice on the care on the garage rollers. Very pleasant young man.
