Eric did a great job explaining options and repairing the door spring and replacing rollers on two doors. The only thing that could have been better is the application of the lubricant on the tracks. A lot of excess lube spray wound up on the garage floor and some of my ice chests. I cleaned this up after Eric left. I’m sure he would have cleaned it had I asked him to. Thanks,

Very pleased with the ability to service my garage door the same day it failed to open. The service man, Eric McInnis was knowledgeable and courteous, He had to return the next day because in repairing the door a new problem, undetected, developed after he left.
