I am from the old school of customer service and it was so refreshing that your Flowood store kept me informed as to what day and time the repair person would be at my home and on the two visits he made he called hours before the scheduled time and asked if he could come early. His name is Cameron Lepard and he could not have been more polite, informative, efficient and effective during the entire repair process.
