Darrell got to the house early, immediately diagnosed a broken spring, and then went above and beyond by offering me solutions to the OTHER problems plaguing this garage door. Not only did he fix the spring, but he made the door darn near silent when it opens, installed a keypad, and set us up with new garage door clickers as well. Did I mention he did the entire job in less than 30 minutes? Not to mention, from what everyone I know said, we got the best possible price on the work he did... AND it comes with a lifetime warranty! If you've got garage door problems, you MUST choose Precision Door Service. There are no competitors here.

Found Precision Door through Google. Got an appointment set up, one of the coils had come loose. They were very efficient with response and messaging me regarding appointment. The technician, Cameron, called me before the appointment time to make sure it was ok to come early and then I received a text to let me know he was coming and a picture so I would know him. That made me feel safe. He quickly fixed my problem and told me about some other issues I might have and sent me an email with the quotes. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely keep them on my phone list. I will highly recommend this company. I will be contacting them again soon regarding my other issues.

The service and the technician was great. But the repair was overpriced at best. I had the screw drive carriage trolley replaced which the part cost $25 max. The service call was $89. Minus tax, It cost $235 for 5 minutes of labor. That is crazy. Must be a markup on the part cost.

Mr. Truelove installed a new garage door opener at my home on 11/13/2024. Professional and courteous all the way. Educated me on how everything works. Only minor issue is the two wireless door openers are not waterproof (for use on motorcycles) although it is a higher end LiftMaster. Will recommend this company and technician with no reservations.
