My garage door will not go down and I checked for a service company in my area and Precision was listed as one of the vendors. I selected Precision and repairman, Cameron Coursey was assigned to fix my garage door. He arrived on time and explained the problem to me. He had to order a part and told me that it was going to take a week or so. He instructed and showed me how to open and close the garage door manual until he returns with the part. I am from the old school of customer service and it was so refreshing that your Flowood store kept me informed as to what day and time the repair person would be at my home and on the two visits he made he called hours before the scheduled time and asked if he could come early. They arrived early, analyzed the problem with my old garage door opener and gave me three alternative bids to consider.
