I have to say I was more than just impressed. Our motor was flashing red and not opening the door. It was Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called the company that installed our door a few years ago for service. The next available appointment was two weeks away. I told them I Would have to call someone else then. No problem was their response. So I continue to google for repairs and stumbled across Precision Door. I was told they could be out between 2 and 4 today. Imagine my surprise when 10 minutes later, Chris called and said “hey I’m free now if it’s okay to come on”. He was there within 45 minutes of my call to them and a new opener and system was installed within 30 minutes of that. A quick tutorial and we were back in business. I’ve trashed my business card for that other business and replaced it with Precision’s card. Thanks so much guys. It’s all about service and how you treat people, and you get that!

Yes, I looked at the ratings, knew about the good reputation, was impressed with availability. Best part was Chris who came out on a rainy night with flood warnings out on all the alerts. The garage door was at an odd angle and potentially dangerous to us humans. Chris was able to determine the cause, fix it, and work diligently so I could get my car out of the damaged area and able to use the car.

I chose Precision because my next door neighbor referred them to me. What a wonderful choice! They fixed my garage door in a snap. The cost was reasonable. Customer service was great and a very friendly repairman was already at my house before I could get there from work.It was all around great service!

I can't thank your for your prompt and professional service. We awoke this morning to a broken garage door and "trapped ". I called numerous garage door services with no luck. When I called Precision, I was met with a calming voice (lol). I was given an appointment time. I was given a call by Nelson informing me he was enroute. Professional and courtesy young man. Explained the issue with garage and explained the different prices. I can't thank him enough for rescuing us.
