Unexpectedly I have to buy a new door w/ motor. The tech who came is Eric. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and spent time going over all my options (which actually sold the product). The cost is absolutely too high (but so are other companies as I did have another estimate). This company does offer financing which is a plus. Eric also was pretty familiar with the financing procedure and how that works. Hopefully, the product I receive will deserve 5 stars as well.

We were referred to Precision Door a year ago by friends who were pleased with its service and product. Precision Door installed two garage door operators for us in 2023, and has since returned twice to service our doors (not the new operators, which have been flawless, but the doors, which we have had for 30 years). We are completely satisfied with the door operators and the extremely high level of service we have received. The entire process is professional and efficient, beginning with our phone call to request service to the quick appointment time to the text and email communications and finally to the remarkably polite and efficient technicians who come to the house. Precision Door has figured out what customer service means.

He resolved my issue quickly, gave me options for what we could do when we’re ready to buy a newer model ( ours is older, but still working) and I was able to have him program my 2 new remotes. Very pleased with the ability to service my garage door the same day it failed to open. The service man, Eric McInnis was knowledgeable and courteous, He had to return the next day because in repairing the door a new problem, undetected, developed after he left.
