The techs showed up early, took care of everything, did it swiftly and I have a lifetime warranty. Instead of replacing just the broken spring we opted to have all the hardware except the opener replaced. Price was higher than I had hoped it would be but less than it could have been so I feel this was well worth the price.

I was very satisfied with Precision from start to finish. I had a spring break on a 18' insulated door and could not get a vehicle in or out. I went online that night and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I chose Precision primarily due to the good reviews and their seemingly customer focus. (weekends, evenings, emergencies, etc.) The Tech (Townsend) was running a little ahead of schedule and called to see if I was in a position to accommodate the schedule change. No problem by me. He was a very nice young man, very knowledgably, and a pleasure to visit with. He took time answer all my questions and went beyond my expectations in completion of the job. Lubed all hinges, springs, rollers, and made sure everything was straight, in line, and operated as it should. I recommend this company and will definitely be a return customer.
