Called Precision Door Service Wed morning around 10AM and informed them that garage door had pulled loose and fell on both cars in the garage. We could not move our cars and were in a real mess. They informed me that Chris Tucker would be out at 1:30 that day. What great service. Kristen Miller worked with me and would send me a quote that Chris Tucker worked up on a new Garage Door package. Both Chris and Kristen really gave great customer service. Chris also had a tech that was good also. New doors will be installed Monday morning. Again great service by all.

Came home from a round of golf to discover my garage door wouldn't open due to broken spring. That meant I couldn't get my golf cart in or autos out. Contacted Precision through Angie's List. Thought I would be grounded for at least a day, but Precision came to the rescue. Tech, Townsend Rountree, arrived within 2 hours and had repairs completed shortly thereafter. Prompt scheduled service. Great problem-solving and persistent serviceman. Cable/belt on 14 year old Liftmaster and outside remote box needed replacing. Difficulty programming new outside remote door opening box necessitated replacing the circuit board. Technician reprogrammed car and remote openers and lubricated garage door. All parts needed were on the serviceman's truck. Thank you.
