Excellent experience with Precision from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment and even needing to reschedule was quick and hassle-free. CJ, our technician, arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected the garage door, made the necessary adjustments, and recommended replacing our aging rollers. The difference was remarkable and the door now operates smoothly and is noticeably quieter. Overall, an outstanding customer experience. I highly recommend Precision and especially CJ for anyone needing garage door service.

WHAT a breath of fresh air! You folks are top notch. Cameron is one of the happiest and qualified young fellows I have seen in quite a while. I chose Precision from a vast array of companies on the internet but, primarily because you offer repairs on site with no waiting. Cameron had me back up and running in about 30 minutes. A wonderful end to a brief nightmare and at a reasonable price. I can't thank you enough.
