The two guys that came to check on my garage door opener and the reason it was showing need servicing were extremely nice, listened to me and went right to work. They found the problem, told me and put in the order for the replacement battery. Also soon they receive the part they will be back to replace. Thank y’all so much for your help, your professionalism and arriving when I was told.

It was late Friday night (after regular business hours) and my garage door opener quit working. The only company I knew was closed. So I went to the Internet and found several companies but the one that stood out most was Precision. I was able to call that night and schedule an appointment. I received e-mails and texts with updates. And the technician who installed it was friendly, professional and did a great job. I would not hesitate recommending Precision to anybody!!

Unexpectedly I have to buy a new door w/ motor. The tech who came is Eric. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and spent time going over all my options (which actually sold the product). The cost is absolutely too high (but so are other companies as I did have another estimate). This company does offer financing which is a plus. Eric also was pretty familiar with the financing procedure and how that works. Hopefully, the product I receive will deserve 5 stars as well.

Precision came out the same day I called. Upon inspection of my garage door, they were able were able to diagnose the problem immediately. The technician fixed my problem after giving me an estimate. Cameron came earlier than scheduled to my delight, inspected and serviced my garage door and opener. My opener needed a battery. Cameron educated me through a demonstration on how to prolong the battery life of my newly installed battery.

Cameron arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He called to check if him arriving early was acceptable. He took a Quick Look . Explained the work that was needed. He also showed me all the options available for the repair and answered all my questions. He completed the repair in under 30 mins . Tested the repairs multiple times. Blew and cleaned the door and looks nice and clean now.

We were referred to Precision Door a year ago by friends who were pleased with its service and product. Precision Door installed two garage door operators for us in 2023, and has since returned twice to service our doors (not the new operators, which have been flawless, but the doors, which we have had for 30 years). We are completely satisfied with the door operators and the extremely high level of service we have received. The entire process is professional and efficient, beginning with our phone call to request service to the quick appointment time to the text and email communications and finally to the remarkably polite and efficient technicians who come to the house. Precision Door has figured out what customer service means.
