This company made an impression on me the first time I called. So much so that I did not call anyone else. Their follow up is outstanding. Me. Tillman, the young man the came to take care of the repairs called early and let me know he would be here at 8:00 am and at 8:00 am on the dot the doorbell rang. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Everything works great and they are who I will call and recommend each and every time!

Your employees were very professional. It took a second one to come when the first one hit a problem he was not proficient in - so he called the one most experienced in that particular problem and he came and fixed the door and related chains and equipment. This was done without increasing the price quoted! Thank You!

Chris and Dustin did an amazing job fixing my garage door opener. They were very service oriented polite friendly funny and very informative about what was going on. The price they charge was reasonable and I will be using your services in the future. There is no doubt a new door and a new system in my future and you guys will be the ones doing it..

Priced considerably higher than other quotes. Drop down has no option for “I got a quote for new doors”. Technician could not have been nicer.

Extremely well satisfied. The reviews I read online helped me decide to select your company. Everything the reviewers said was true!! Thank you for being the type of company that creates such satisfied customers. The service technician (Harold Tillman) and your Flowood office telephone receptionist (Kristen) were very professional, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend Precision for garage door solutions you can afford!!

My garage door broke, then I broke it worse by trying to fix it! I called Precision Door Service and Nelson showed up at my house the next morning. He had someone else with him but unfortunately I've forgotten his name. They had my door repaired and working like new in under 2 hours. I would not hesitate to advise anyone in need of garage door service to contact Precision Door Service. I certainly will the next time I have a problem. Thanks for the great service!
