They installed my opener 2 years ago and did an excellent job. I had an issue with a noise and wanted them to check it out to be sure it is working correctly! I called yesterday to have someone come and check it. Eric came out today and made an adjustment and it is working perfectly!

Eric did a great job explaining options and repairing the door spring and replacing rollers on two doors. The only thing that could have been better is the application of the lubricant on the tracks. A lot of excess lube spray wound up on the garage floor and some of my ice chests. I cleaned this up after Eric left. I’m sure he would have cleaned it had I asked him to. Thanks,

Darrell Truelove was super friendly, and stayed in touch as he was getting closer to my house to make sure I had an idea of exactly when he was going to arrive. He assessed the situation, explained all of my options clearly, then quickly got to work and fixed my problem (broken spring). I had a great experience and would recommend Precision to anyone needing any sort of garage door assistance.

These guys are truly professionals. I called this morning and soon enough Chris called and they were on their way out to my business. They really know what they're doing and fast. They even help me with my non-rememable pass code on my keypad. By noon the work was completely finished. It's all so delicious and everything works great. Thank you Precision!
