When I called to report my door not functioning, I was given an appointment date & time. The repairman, Eric McInnis was here at the appointment time & fixed the problem in a reasonable time frame. His professionalism was greatly appreciated & now our garage door with mechanism is working perfectly, if not better than before. I would recommend Precision door service to all.

Eric came to repair my garage door issue on a Sunday evening. He resolved my issue quickly, gave me options for what we could do when we’re ready to buy a newer model ( ours is older, but still working) and I was able to have him program my 2 new remotes. Very pleased with the ability to service my garage door the same day it failed to open. The service man, Eric McInnis was knowledgeable and courteous, He had to return the next day because in repairing the door a new problem, undetected, developed after he left. He returned this morning and solved the problem, I thought the total cost was a little pricey however I do appreciate the final results.
