I got in contact with precision because the first one i contacted could not make an appointment for one week. So i called Precision and a service person name Cameron came out that same day at around 2pm. He fixed the problem within an hour. I will probably use Precision from now on.

My garage door will not go down and I checked for a service company in my area and Precision was listed as one of the vendors. I selected Precision and repairman, Cameron Coursey was assigned to fix my garage door. He arrived on time and explained the problem to me. He had to order a part and told me that it was going to take a week or so. He instructed and showed me how to open and close the garage door manual until he returns with the part. Thank you, Cameron, for providing Excellent Service to me.

I chose your company based on the reviews I read from other customers. I am from the old school of customer service and it was so refreshing that your Flowood store kept me informed as to what day and time the repair person would be at my home and on the two visits he made he called hours before the scheduled time and asked if he could come early. His name is Cameron Lepard and he could not have been more polite, informative, efficient and effective during the entire repair process. I can assure you I would recommend your company to anyone I know who needs garage door service without any reservation.

The technician, Cameron Coursey, was expertly knowledgeable in the operation and repair of garage doors. He performed the repair quickly and flawlessly. He was one of the most polite young tradesmen I have dealt with in a long time. He explained the available options for repair, and once selected, he explained in detail what he was going to do. He was awesome, and knew what the problem was immediately. He took great care repairing the issue and is an excellent representative of your company. Cameron was more than courteous and professional. He’s just a down home, A-1, great guy. He even walked me through what he was doing and educated me on my overhead g-door’s best care for longevity. I learned so much and that’s a big deal to me. I appreciated the honest and straightforward approach of the professional who came to my home. He helped me to see that the problem I was having was not due to the garage door but due to a dip in the floor. My garage had suffered at the hands of my 21 year old daughter. Actually a spring broke while she was caring for the house. Not her fault I know. Made an appointment on Friday after for Saturday between 12-2pm. Cameron, garage door technician, called and arrived before the scheduled appointment time. This hardly ever happens. We all know this. Cameron assessed the situation and made sure he had the proper springs to replace both springs, not just the broken spring. Cameron set out to work. Now I must inform everyone and the company that not only had the garage become the universal storage/dump room, our 9 year old son is very inquisitive. He questioned EVERY thing Cameron did and continued the question bashing long after the job was complete. Cameron remained professional and took time to explain everything to our son. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. Cameron even tweaked other items that needed to be worked on, as far as the door is concerned. I would definitely recommend this company. Hopefully you will get Cameron!!!
