Thanks for another great service call Precision! As usual the experience was wonderful. I love ???? “the heads up” text and Cameron was spot on w his arrival time. He was awesome, and knew what the problem was immediately. He took great care repairing the issue and is an excellent representative of your company. Cameron was more than courteous and professional. He’s just a down home, A-1, great guy. He even walked me through what he was doing and educated me on my overhead g-door’s best care for longevity. I learned so much and that’s a big deal to me. It’s people like him that are the advertisement b/c it only takes one poor rep. to ruin a company’s rating. Cameron, keep up the good work and be immensely blessed!!! Overall, I am ???? % happy. Thank again Precision Overhead Garage Door!!!!! ?? ????????????????????????????

I appreciated the honest and straightforward approach of the professional who came to my home. He helped me to see that the problem I was having was not due to the garage door but due to a dip in the floor. I appreciate that he did not try to talk me into another solution to make a sale but gave me his honest assessment of what was wrong. If I have garage door issues in the future, I will call you all first.

My garage had suffered at the hands of my 21 year old daughter. Actually a spring broke while she was caring for the house. Not her fault I know. Made an appointment on Friday after for Saturday between 12-2pm. Cameron, garage door technician, called and arrived before the scheduled appointment time. This hardly ever happens. We all know this. Cameron assessed the situation and made sure he had the proper springs to replace both springs, not just the broken spring. Cameron set out to work. Now I must inform everyone and the company that not only had the garage become the universal storage/dump room, our 9 year old son is very inquisitive. He questioned EVERY thing Cameron did and continued the question bashing long after the job was complete. Cameron remained professional and took time to explain everything to our son. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. Cameron even tweaked other items that needed to be worked on, as far as the door is concerned. I would definitely recommend this company. Hopefully you will get Cameron!!!

We found their number in the yellow pages. They had a businesslike approach from the beginning of setting up an appointment. They arrived early, analyzed the problem with my old garage door opener and gave me three alternative bids to consider. We agree to the price of our alternative and they installed it on the first trip. I liked them and felt comfortable doing business with them.
