As you might expect, you get ready to go out of town and your overhead door messes up. Called Precision and they came out after hours and repaired our door. Thumbs up to Wyatt, who was very nice and efficient. Communication was excellent as well. The whole process was very much appreciated.

Fixed the jammed roll up door in a short time. Me and my son worked on it an hour and couldn’t do anything with it. Emailed invoice promptly. Very reasonable charge. I am grateful. It’s high, dangerous work on a 12 ladder. Professional and courteous. Highest recommendation!

Precision Door Service was able to quickly schedule an appointment that suited my work schedule. Each time I spoke with them they were very pleasant and professional on the phone. They worked with me and were very understanding when I notified them I could be late due to traffic caused by an accident. The young man who came to the house was very friendly. The springs were replaced in no time putting my garage door back in operation in no time. Precision Door Service was the first company that came up when researching once the garage door spring broke. He resolved my issue quickly, gave me options for what we could do when we’re ready to buy a newer model ( ours is older, but still working) and I was able to have him program my 2 new remotes. Very pleased with the ability to service my garage door the same day it failed to open. The service man, Eric McInnis was knowledgeable and courteous, He had to return the next day because in repairing the door a new problem, undetected, developed after he left. He returned this morning and solved the problem, I thought the total cost was a little pricey however I do appreciate the final results.
