First off, I was thrilled to have my Saturday phone call answered by a real person! They told me they would have someone at my house first thing Monday morning and they weren't kidding. Got a call that my technician, Gage Long, was on the way before 8:00 am. Once there, Gage evaluated my problem (door would not close) and determined that I needed a new garage door opener. He discussed with me the options and once I heard about capabilities of the LiftMaster Wi-Fi LED Garage Door Opener, I knew that was the one for me. Gage had all the necessary equipment and had it installed (along with a keypad) and operational in no time. It is so incredibly smooth and quiet, that now my husband wants one on his door as well! Can't thank them enough for being so professional and coming to my rescue! Never dreamed it would be this easy!

Very prompt service. Our service technician, Cameron, was very nice, polite, and helpful. He was through in checking everything out and sharing helpful tips to improve the operation and life of the garage door & opener. He knew exactly what to do to solve our problem & did so quickly. I chose Precision Door Service in Flowood because I used them in 2022 and was completely satisfied with the service. The technician arrived on time, quickly located the cause of the problem, and made the repair. I had no further problems with the garage door until this year, when I backed out of the garage before the door was fully raised. Again, the service was stellar! The technician was polite and friendly as he went about repairing the door. Watching him, I was quite surprised that he could partially remove the door from its track, make the necessary adjustments, and have it working correctly in a speedy and efficient manner. I will use this service again if I break the door again. I think I have found a way to remember to allow time for the door to rise all the way up before trying to drive out of the garage.

My garage door will not go down and I checked for a service company in my area and Precision was listed as one of the vendors. I selected Precision and repairman, Cameron Coursey was assigned to fix my garage door. He arrived on time and explained the problem to me. He had to order a part and told me that it was going to take a week or so. He instructed and showed me how to open and close the garage door manual until he returns with the part. Thank you, Cameron, for providing Excellent Service to me.

I chose your company based on the reviews I read from other customers. I am from the old school of customer service and it was so refreshing that your Flowood store kept me informed as to what day and time the repair person would be at my home and on the two visits he made he called hours before the scheduled time and asked if he could come early. His name is Cameron Lepard and he could not have been more polite, informative, efficient and effective during the entire repair process. I can assure you I would recommend your company to anyone I know who needs garage door service without any reservation.

Your service was excellent and timely. I backed into my garage from inside the garage at 5:13 pm. It would not open and I could not get my car out. I called you and a little after 6 your technician Wyatt was here and the door was repaired.

The technician, Cameron Coursey, was expertly knowledgeable in the operation and repair of garage doors. He performed the repair quickly and flawlessly. He was one of the most polite young tradesmen I have dealt with in a long time. He explained the available options for repair, and once selected, he explained in detail what he was going to do. He answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. The garage door operated smoother and quieter than it ever did!
