I normally don’t give reviews but I think this company definitely deserves one. I highly recommend them if you need any repair or service to your garage. The repair technician, Jason was awesome. He provided top notch service and was unbelievably fast. I would highly recommend him for any kind of garage repair or replacement. Precision Door Jackson is the best. I first used them with a Groupon. Then I had to call them on a Saturday a month later to fix my garage however the service guy I had already told me what was going to happen if I didn’t get it fixed that day but I was only trying to use my groupon purchase. So I wasn’t too alarmed when my garage door fell, Rodriguez came out on time and he was very efficient and fixed my garage in a timely manner. I will always use Precision Door for my garage services.

Then I received a text with his photo so I could confirm who was coming. He was on time, cordial and informative about his visit and his course of repair for our door. The techs showed up early, took care of everything, did it swiftly and I have a lifetime warranty. Instead of replacing just the broken spring we opted to have all the hardware except the opener replaced. Price was higher than I had hoped it would be but less than it could have been so I feel this was well worth the price.
