Several months ago, I contacted Precision after a very disappointing service appointment with my home warranty contractor. Your service rep came out and assessed my needs, gave me an estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. When my garage door malfunctioned, I called Precision and I wasn't disappointed with your completion of the job.

Very pleased with the ability to service my garage door the same day it failed to open. The service man, Eric McInnis was knowledgeable and courteous, He had to return the next day because in repairing the door a new problem, undetected, developed after he left. He returned this morning and solved the problem, I thought the total cost was a little pricey however I do appreciate the final results.
