I normally don’t give reviews but I think this company definitely deserves one. I highly recommend them if you need any repair or service to your garage. The repair technician, Jason was awesome. He provided top notch service and was unbelievably fast. I would highly recommend him for any kind of garage repair or replacement. He definitely knows what he’s doing and I appreciate this company hiring such excellent people like him that perform such top quality work.

Precision Door Jackson is the best. I first used them with a Groupon. Then I had to call them on a Saturday a month later to fix my garage however the service guy I had already told me what was going to happen if I didn’t get it fixed that day but I was only trying to use my groupon purchase. So I wasn’t too alarmed when my garage door fell, Rodriguez came out on time and he was very efficient and fixed my garage in a timely manner. I will always use Precision Door for my garage services.

I can not say enough about Precision Door Company. It was very easy to set up an appointment. My Technician Logan could not have been more informative about confirming the appointment and time. Then I received a text with his photo so I could confirm who was coming. He was on time, cordial and informative about his visit and his course of repair for our door. He was quick, efficient and thorough with his work. We will not hesitate to call Precision Door got any future needs. Thank you Precision Door.

Chris was on time and quick to lubricate the doors and determine that the two “eyes” on either side of the door needed slight adjustments to face each other. We were done in 10 mins

The techs showed up early, took care of everything, did it swiftly and I have a lifetime warranty. Instead of replacing just the broken spring we opted to have all the hardware except the opener replaced. Price was higher than I had hoped it would be but less than it could have been so I feel this was well worth the price.

I was impressed by their prompt, professional response and timely scheduling. The tech did not "oversell" and made the repairs needed on the first visit with equipment on his truck. Great work!

Nic Chatman installed my new garage door 3/7/2020 and did a great job. He arrived in a timely manner, was very courteous and worked diligently removing the old door, installing the new one, and cleaning up after he finished. He deserves a 5-star rating on his work.

I could not have been more pleased with Precision Door! From the ladies answering the telephones, handling appointments, dealing with questions to the technician ( Chris Tucker) who were all so! I purchased a new garage door in 2018 and updated the very old motor in 2019. I highly recommend Precision Door and Chris!!

I was very satisfied with Precision from start to finish. I had a spring break on a 18' insulated door and could not get a vehicle in or out. I went online that night and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I chose Precision primarily due to the good reviews and their seemingly customer focus. (weekends, evenings, emergencies, etc.) The Tech (Townsend) was running a little ahead of schedule and called to see if I was in a position to accommodate the schedule change. No problem by me. He was a very nice young man, very knowledgably, and a pleasure to visit with. He took time answer all my questions and went beyond my expectations in completion of the job. Lubed all hinges, springs, rollers, and made sure everything was straight, in line, and operated as it should. I recommend this company and will definitely be a return customer.

Kuddos on great service! Chris showed excellent ability to troubleshoot. I had issues with external wiring and motherboard. He showed me multiple options for purchase that included product information and pricing. I would like to also brag on great communication from Precision Door. I got an email or text when I made my appointment, the morning of my appointment, and when he was on his way. It included a picture of him for added security. I would definitely recommend them in the future

Our overhead door came off the track about 8:00 at night. By 9pm, Nic was here putting it back on the track! We will need to get a new door (ours is 24 years old) and it got damaged when it came off. We were so impressed with Nic’s professionalism! We look forward to getting our new door installed soon. I’d recommend Precision in the future without hesitation.
