Came home from a round of golf to discover my garage door wouldn't open due to broken spring. That meant I couldn't get my golf cart in or autos out. Contacted Precision through Angie's List. Thought I would be grounded for at least a day, but Precision came to the rescue. Tech, Townsend Rountree, arrived within 2 hours and had repairs completed shortly thereafter. Professional & friendly service. Now I can take the wife to dinner thanks to Townsend and Precision.

Prompt scheduled service. Great problem-solving and persistent serviceman. Cable/belt on 14 year old Liftmaster and outside remote box needed replacing. Difficulty programming new outside remote door opening box necessitated replacing the circuit board. Technician reprogrammed car and remote openers and lubricated garage door. All parts needed were on the serviceman's truck. Thank you.
