I needed emergency repair. The technician, Houston, was here within the hour. I only needed a repair but our opener is 15 years old so we really needed a new system. Houston gave me all my options. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and customer service. A 5 star experience.

I have to say I was more than just impressed. Our motor was flashing red and not opening the door. It was Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called the company that installed our door a few years ago for service. The next available appointment was two weeks away. I told them I Would have to call someone else then. No problem was their response. So I continue to google for repairs and stumbled across Precision Door. I was told they could be out between 2 and 4 today. Imagine my surprise when 10 minutes later, Chris called and said “hey I’m free now if it’s okay to come on”. He was there within 45 minutes of my call to them and a new opener and system was installed within 30 minutes of that. A quick tutorial and we were back in business. I’ve trashed my business card for that other business and replaced it with Precision’s card. Thanks so much guys. It’s all about service and how you treat people, and you get that!

Technicians were very professional, pleasant and were very knowledgeable. They only took a few minutes to program 2 remote controls for my garage doors. My only drawback is that after paying for the visit, I did not receive a receipt of payment for my records.

Technician showed up when scheduled. Good communication via text re: appointment time, tech on the way, etc. Tech was knowledgeable and competent. He explained our alternatives and costs clearly and accurately. After installation he programmed our handheld and car remotes to operate both our new and current door openers. Very friendly and professional service. We would use them again.

We had an issue with the initial installation but we are very satisfied with how quick and courteous the company was to resolve the problem! There was a communication problem on the part of the technician. Without talking with me about handle placement, he installed 1 set of handles in the center of our double garage door. From pictures on the website and our invoice we expected 2 sets of handles (a set on each side). To correct the problem, the company replaced the door panel that already had handles in the center with a new panel. The new panel was at their expense and they followed up with excellent customer care!

Yes, I looked at the ratings, knew about the good reputation, was impressed with availability. Best part was Chris who came out on a rainy night with flood warnings out on all the alerts. The garage door was at an odd angle and potentially dangerous to us humans. Chris was able to determine the cause, fix it, and work diligently so I could get my car out of the damaged area and able to use the car.
