Kris Howard was an excellent repairman. He answered all of the questions that I had....and I asked a few....He was quick, professional, and acted like he enjoyed his job. He even stated how much he enjoyed working for Precision and the customers he supplies with a quality service. I recommend Precision and if you need a technicians name then ask for Kris Howard. Fast and friendly service. All options for the repair were explained, there was no pressure. I highly recommend them.

First.....! Let me thank The Holy Trinity! Second, I would like to thank this company! I arrived home, a few days ago, to find that my garage door was broken. One of the panels just simply snapped!!! I was all upset, scared, and just plain hurt! Well, I placed a call to the nessecary party, as to the repair. They were of NO help. By the way, this is my 1st home. I was told, that someone could come out the following week! REALLY!!????????? I was also told that there would be a $75 charge, plus $350, after describing the problem. I need to make it very clear, that I am not a robot, competitor, or solicited person. I am a real human being. Long story short, I looked up "garage door repair". I found Precision Door Of Jackson, MS!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! My technician was PJ!!!! Great Scott!!! PJ was soooo respectful, comforting, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and caring! After just 10 minutes, I was a calm, as a cucumber! For me, that's a huge deal! PJ immediately identified the problem, took all nessecary precautions, and talked me through the entire process! This is a "must" for me, as my specialty is dentistry. For those of you who have had to visit the Dentist, or even work there......, understand!!!! As a woman, you expect businesses to take advantage of you! THIS ONE WILL NOT!!! Upon completion, of the work, the bill was next to nothing! I was extremely happy!!! Finally, let me elaborate on PJ!!! He awesome! I dabble in home decor, but after PJ began giving me ideas, I felt like I should hire him!! He definitely knows his "craft", extremely well. He's also one of the nicest gentlemen, that I have ever met!! Finally,in closing, I would recommend Precision, to everyone I know...., and have been doing so! I wasn't even charged a service fee!!!! ????????????????. Get this too. I initially called Precision at about 4 something, and roughly 15 min. later, PJ was calling. He assured me, that he was on the way. To me, my door looked like a huge Freddy Kruger, but after seeing PJ, repair it, i feel that I can face whatever gets broken!!! If you want great service, and a friend, call Precision! ASK FOR PJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????

I can't thank your for your prompt and professional service. We awoke this morning to a broken garage door and "trapped ". I called numerous garage door services with no luck. When I called Precision, I was met with a calming voice (lol). I was given an appointment time. I was given a call by Nelson informing me he was enroute. Professional and courtesy young man. Let me say this first: the only deficiency about PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICE is that on a scale of one star to five stars, PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICE is at least seven stars -- and their rating scale does not go that high... I have been using different garage door services off and on for almost 40 years, and until today, had thought I was a satisfied customer. But in short order that I really was not, until today. Today I learned what garage door service should be and what door service is with PRECISION. I learned that not just installing a new spring or two new springs and guessing the appropriate tightness-- but actually balancing the new springs and testing for balance is necessary to optimize the efficiency, effectiveness, and longevity of the garage door system. These very slight adjustments took seconds but the effect was immediately noticeable to even an extreme lay person! The PRECISION technician, PJ, did not have to make that adjustment and I had never seen another technician test/correct for balance -- I would have never known -- but he did because that seems to be PRECISION's business model: perform the best work and work keep customers for the long-haul. We know who we will call the next time we need garage door help: PRECISION! The way we found PRECISION was because our old standby of almost 25 years, could not help us for 48 hours... 48 hours... did a quick google search for an alternative, found PRECISION, called, and less than two hours, our door was fixed -- and worked better than before! It is also great to know that PRECISION guarantees same-day service even after hours and holidays. After my experience today, and garage doors never break when it's convenient, we will have great confidence in calling PRECISION to fix our door situation I have got to also show respect for the administrative staff too: very cheerful, very knowledgeable, very effective -- and when I am stressed, those are the attributes I need from my team. I have been particularly impressed too with PRECISION's use of technology: -- strong, interactive webpage; -- fully integrated contact management system; -- systems support in the field for job process and accounts receivable In all, very impressive business model which at least so far seems to be effective in creating and maintaining great customer experiences for what should be deep and long-term customer base Sure wish more companies learned from and adhered to PRECISION's business model; the world would be a better place!
