Darrell got to the house early, immediately diagnosed a broken spring, and then went above and beyond by offering me solutions to the OTHER problems plaguing this garage door. Not only did he fix the spring, but he made the door darn near silent when it opens, installed a keypad, and set us up with new garage door clickers as well. Found Precision Door through Google. Got an appointment set up, one of the coils had come loose. They were very efficient with response and messaging me regarding appointment. The technician, Cameron, called me before the appointment time to make sure it was ok to come early and then I received a text to let me know he was coming and a picture so I would know him. That made me feel safe. He quickly fixed my problem and told me about some other issues I might have and sent me an email with the quotes. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely keep them on my phone list. I will highly recommend this company. I will be contacting them again soon regarding my other issues.
