The young man who took care of our garage door was Darrell Trulove. He was conscientious, patient and professional. He took the time to explain what had happened to our door, why it happened and what was necessary to fix it!! He was outstanding and if I need service on our two garage doors in the future I will use Precision. If any future need is not an emergency, I will specifically ask for and wait until I can have Darrell to come out!!

This morning of all mornings is the one time that I didn't check to make sure that my garage door was all the way up before backing out. I was laughing with my children and running my mouth and I hit the door and knocked it off track and slightly bent the bottom of my door. I made the call this morning before 8:00am. The service man called me at 1:30ish and my door is now fixed and it's barely 2:06pm. The service was great from the customer service personnel all the way to the serviceman who completed the job. The price was just as great. I'd recommend them to anyone who has garage door issues.

Originally got white garage door but called later and ordered sandstone door. Had to wait 4weeks but once it was here got to us and installed same day. Love the door. It’s much lighter and quieter.

I highly recommend Cameron Coursey. He called and advised us that he would likely be able to make it to our house even earlier than promised. He assessed our garage door problem, discussed repair options, and then immediately performed the repair. He even greased up our second garage door at no extra charge. He was very competent and most pleasant to work with!!!

Darrell got to the house early, immediately diagnosed a broken spring, and then went above and beyond by offering me solutions to the OTHER problems plaguing this garage door. Not only did he fix the spring, but he made the door darn near silent when it opens, installed a keypad, and set us up with new garage door clickers as well. Did I mention he did the entire job in less than 30 minutes? Not to mention, from what everyone I know said, we got the best possible price on the work he did... AND it comes with a lifetime warranty! If you've got garage door problems, you MUST choose Precision Door Service. There are no competitors here.

Found Precision Door through Google. Got an appointment set up, one of the coils had come loose. They were very efficient with response and messaging me regarding appointment. The technician, Cameron, called me before the appointment time to make sure it was ok to come early and then I received a text to let me know he was coming and a picture so I would know him. That made me feel safe. He quickly fixed my problem and told me about some other issues I might have and sent me an email with the quotes. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely keep them on my phone list. I will highly recommend this company. I will be contacting them again soon regarding my other issues.

Excellent experience with Precision from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment and even needing to reschedule was quick and hassle-free. CJ, our technician, arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected the garage door, made the necessary adjustments, and recommended replacing our aging rollers. The difference was remarkable and the door now operates smoothly and is noticeably quieter. Overall, an outstanding customer experience. I highly recommend Precision and especially CJ for anyone needing garage door service.
