Cameron came earlier than scheduled to my delight, inspected and serviced my garage door and opener. My opener needed a battery. Cameron educated me through a demonstration on how to prolong the battery life of my newly installed battery.

Cameron arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He called to check if him arriving early was acceptable. He took a Quick Look . Explained the work that was needed. He also showed me all the options available for the repair and answered all my questions. He completed the repair in under 30 mins . Tested the repairs multiple times. Blew and cleaned the door and looks nice and clean now.

We were referred to Precision Door a year ago by friends who were pleased with its service and product. Precision Door installed two garage door operators for us in 2023, and has since returned twice to service our doors (not the new operators, which have been flawless, but the doors, which we have had for 30 years). We are completely satisfied with the door operators and the extremely high level of service we have received. The entire process is professional and efficient, beginning with our phone call to request service to the quick appointment time to the text and email communications and finally to the remarkably polite and efficient technicians who come to the house. Precision Door has figured out what customer service means.

Our technician Cameron Coursey was right on time for our appointment. He was very courteous, professional and fully explained our options for repair of our overhead door. He gave us several options from single spring to double springs. We chose the package option which covered springs, rollers, brackets, etc. with a five year warranty. The door was in need of a good update and we are completely satisfied. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone needing this type of service.

Precision came out the same day I called. Upon inspection of my garage door, they were able were able to diagnose the problem immediately. The technician fixed my problem after giving me an estimate.
