You guys are great! Very professional and experienced, Rusty Owens is a great representative of the Precision company. He communicated his time of arrival accurately so I would be available and ready when he came. Rusty also took care to explain the work that was needed professionally and also simply in a way anyone could understand. He was fast and efficient with the repair work I needed. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I had all the information I needed for necessary maintenance. I couldn’t commend Rusty more to anyone that needs reliable garage door installation or repair service. Great job, Rusty!

Excellent service. Cameron arrived early, immediately determined the problem with the opener and had parts available in his truck. He repaired the opener and drive chain and checked and lubricated all moving parts on the door at a reasonable price! Definitely will use again (very professional company) and I recommend them.

They answered the phone on a Sunday. Which really surprised me. They made an appointment the next day, 12/11/2023 at our convenience. Gage was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We needed a new motor, I figured as much since it was over 15 years old. Gage uninstalled all of the old equipment and installed the new equipment. He then took the time to walk us through the process of setting up everything that we needed!!!!

First off, I was thrilled to have my Saturday phone call answered by a real person! They told me they would have someone at my house first thing Monday morning and they weren't kidding. Got a call that my technician, Gage Long, was on the way before 8:00 am. Once there, Gage evaluated my problem (door would not close) and determined that I needed a new garage door opener. He discussed with me the options and once I heard about capabilities of the LiftMaster Wi-Fi LED Garage Door Opener, I knew that was the one for me. Gage had all the necessary equipment and had it installed (along with a keypad) and operational in no time. It is so incredibly smooth and quiet, that now my husband wants one on his door as well! Can't thank them enough for being so professional and coming to my rescue! Never dreamed it would be this easy!

I chose Precision Door Service in Flowood because I used them in 2022 and was completely satisfied with the service. The technician arrived on time, quickly located the cause of the problem, and made the repair. I had no further problems with the garage door until this year, when I backed out of the garage before the door was fully raised. Again, the service was stellar! The technician was polite and friendly as he went about repairing the door. Watching him, I was quite surprised that he could partially remove the door from its track, make the necessary adjustments, and have it working correctly in a speedy and efficient manner. I will use this service again if I break the door again. I think I have found a way to remember to allow time for the door to rise all the way up before trying to drive out of the garage.

I would highly recommend Precision. Everyone I dealt with, from scheduling the appointment to servicing a broken garage door, provided professional and friendly service. The tech showed up right on time and did a very good job of explaining my options, answering my questions, and providing his recommendation. They definitely exceeded my expectations.
