My expectations were sufficiently met. My problem was solved very well. Not only was the assistant courteous, but he was on time, worked continuously and cleaned up all of his materials. I was very impressed because he checked other things that are on the garage door and made suggestions.

Darrell called to let me know he was enroute and arrived on time. He explained the issue and answered all my questions. He replaced the springs and didn't mind my constant questions. Less than an hour later, Darrell finished and tested the new springs. He was quick, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend you keep Darrell, because when I eventually will need to put in a new opener, I will ask for him to do the work!
