Our second experience with Precision and if SIX stars were possible we would certainly choose the option. Excellent service, technician explained exactly what needed to be done and then did everything quickly and professionally. Kept us informed. Well done and we are exceptionally pleased and with our previous experience. Thanks for the great service; especially during the inclement weather.

The two technicians that came out found the problem with the rollers that needed to be replaced. They were plastic with a coating that was wearing off. My door was so loud before they replaced them with new ones made out of rubber. They were both very nice and polite and did a great job. I am so pleased with their work.

the guys who installed my new belt driven door opener were kind and helpful, even setting up the app/camera for me and setting the remotes to now work both doors, things I could have done but it would have taken me much longer. It is expensive (!) but it is a good product and a great service company. Worth the extra money for me.

Eric did a great job. He called on his way and was even early which is rare these days. This was on a warranty service call and there were no problems. He even apologized to us for having a problem with the work done last year.

This is the second time we have used Precision and have been pleased both times. They are very good at letting you know a time frame when they will arrive, and give you a heads up when the technician is on his way. Work done was reasonably priced.
