Our technician Cameron Coursey was right on time for our appointment. He was very courteous, professional and fully explained our options for repair of our overhead door. He gave us several options from single spring to double springs. We chose the package option which covered springs, rollers, brackets, etc. with a five year warranty. The door was in need of a good update and we are completely satisfied. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone needing this type of service.

RUSTY OWENS Rusty was able to find what caused our garage door to clink and clang when it goes up or down. It is so quiet now, it's amazing. Hardly know it's going up or down. He made sure that our garage door opener could be fixed, but when he realized it could not be, he convinced us that we did nee the bells and whistles opener and do we like it. He never gave up on what needed done, and I was impressed with the way he conducted himself and how he wanted to make sure we could have a working opener. The tech called and I was able to open garage door with my garage app and he was able to the new rubber guard on the bottom . The old one was too short was worn out! The new fits the whole button on of the garage door!It looks great!
