I received service the same day that I called, which was important to me because I did not want nightfall to come without being able to close the garage to keep our cars safe. The lead repair man, Rusty Owens worked so hard trying to figure out what the problem was. I sensed that he was very competent. Both he and his helper worked tirelessly for two hours. Rusty decided that the springs were too short for the size garage door that we had. Although it was getting dark he continued to work and replaced the springs. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door company for the well mannered young men employed by them who did a great job which I needed so that I could feel safe that night. I also like the good emails that I received from the company.

I had a great experience! Received my call from Wyatt 30 minutes early letting me know that he is on his way. My appointment was from 10- pm. He arrived before 10 and I told him what pro lem the garage was having and he carefully checked everything else out. I needed new rollers! I asked Wyatt could he replace them the same day and he said yes. So, I was very happy and it didn't take him long. He made sure it was working properly before he left. Great job Wyatt! Thank you so much for replacing the rollers.

From a large "boom" in the late evening from the spring breaking on the garage door to professionally repaired and done by the next morning. It was late Friday night (after regular business hours) and my garage door opener quit working. The only company I knew was closed. So I went to the Internet and found several companies but the one that stood out most was Precision. I was able to call that night and schedule an appointment. Unexpectedly I have to buy a new door w/ motor. The tech who came is Eric. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and spent time going over all my options (which actually sold the product). The cost is absolutely too high (but so are other companies as I did have another estimate). This company does offer financing which is a plus. Eric also was pretty familiar with the financing procedure and how that works. Hopefully, the product I receive will deserve 5 stars as well.

We were referred to Precision Door a year ago by friends who were pleased with its service and product. Precision Door installed two garage door operators for us in 2023, and has since returned twice to service our doors (not the new operators, which have been flawless, but the doors, which we have had for 30 years). We are completely satisfied with the door operators and the extremely high level of service we have received. The entire process is professional and efficient, beginning with our phone call to request service to the quick appointment time to the text and email communications and finally to the remarkably polite and efficient technicians who come to the house. Precision Door has figured out what customer service means.
