RUSTY OWENS Rusty was able to find what caused our garage door to clink and clang when it goes up or down. It is so quiet now, it's amazing. Hardly know it's going up or down. He made sure that our garage door opener could be fixed, but when he realized it could not be, he convinced us that we did nee the bells and whistles opener and do we like it. He never gave up on what needed done, and I was impressed with the way he conducted himself and how he wanted to make sure we could have a working opener. The technician was very courteous and very knowledgeable about what we were wanting and looking for in a door opener. We had one that went bad and the technician figured out right away what the problem was. And replaced everything with a really nice Liftmaster door opener

The tech called and I was able to open garage door with my garage app and he was able to the new rubber guard on the bottom . The old one was too short was worn out! The new fits the whole button on of the garage door!It looks great!

I was very pleased with my service from Precision Door Service. I decided to use your company because a friend recommended you. Making an appointment was easy, and I was kept informed about the date and time my serviceman, Cameron, would arrive. I liked that I was given a choice of times for my convenience. He called to notify me when he was on his way. Cameron introduced himself and he was so polite and informative. I told him my problem and he checked to find it. He did offer me a couple of options with warranties. I told him several things that I wanted to replace, and he advised me which parts were included in a plan. We agreed on the services and the parts, and he began work immediately. I checked on his progress at times and he was always busy.

You guys are great! Very professional and experienced, Rusty Owens is a great representative of the Precision company. He communicated his time of arrival accurately so I would be available and ready when he came. Excellent service. Cameron arrived early, immediately determined the problem with the opener and had parts available in his truck. He repaired the opener and drive chain and checked and lubricated all moving parts on the door at a reasonable price! Definitely will use again (very professional company) and I recommend them.

They answered the phone on a Sunday. Which really surprised me. They made an appointment the next day, 12/11/2023 at our convenience. Gage was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We needed a new motor, I figured as much since it was over 15 years old. Gage uninstalled all of the old equipment and installed the new equipment. He then took the time to walk us through the process of setting up everything that we needed!!!!

Gage came to my home today 11/18 Excellent service. He explained the problem as to why my garage door was not opening and closing, stated the price, fixed the problem I paid the bill and he was gone. That’s service and it was SATURDAY AFTERNOON. Thank you Carla Guidry
