As you might expect, you get ready to go out of town and your overhead door messes up. Called Precision and they came out after hours and repaired our door. Thumbs up to Wyatt, who was very nice and efficient. Communication was excellent as well. The whole process was very much appreciated.

Your service was excellent and timely. I backed into my garage from inside the garage at 5:13 pm. It would not open and I could not get my car out. I called you and a little after 6 your technician Wyatt was here and the door was repaired.
