Mr. Truelove installed a new garage door opener at my home on 11/13/2024. Professional and courteous all the way. Educated me on how everything works. Only minor issue is the two wireless door openers are not waterproof (for use on motorcycles) although it is a higher end LiftMaster. Will recommend this company and technician with no reservations.

I received service the same day that I called, which was important to me because I did not want nightfall to come without being able to close the garage to keep our cars safe. The lead repair man, Rusty Owens worked so hard trying to figure out what the problem was. I sensed that he was very competent. Both he and his helper worked tirelessly for two hours. Rusty decided that the springs were too short for the size garage door that we had. Although it was getting dark he continued to work and replaced the springs. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door company for the well mannered young men employed by them who did a great job which I needed so that I could feel safe that night. I also like the good emails that I received from the company.

I had a great experience! Received my call from Wyatt 30 minutes early letting me know that he is on his way. My appointment was from 10- pm. He arrived before 10 and I told him what pro lem the garage was having and he carefully checked everything else out. I needed new rollers! I asked Wyatt could he replace them the same day and he said yes. So, I was very happy and it didn't take him long. He made sure it was working properly before he left. Great job Wyatt! Thank you so much for replacing the rollers.

From a large "boom" in the late evening from the spring breaking on the garage door to professionally repaired and done by the next morning. I used the app to make an appointment right after the spring broke. Eric was my technician and had everything fixed by 10:30 the next morning. Perfect, you couldn't make that go any easier.

The two guys that came to check on my garage door opener and the reason it was showing need servicing were extremely nice, listened to me and went right to work. They found the problem, told me and put in the order for the replacement battery. Also soon they receive the part they will be back to replace. It was late Friday night (after regular business hours) and my garage door opener quit working. The only company I knew was closed. So I went to the Internet and found several companies but the one that stood out most was Precision. I was able to call that night and schedule an appointment. I received e-mails and texts with updates. And the technician who installed it was friendly, professional and did a great job. I would not hesitate recommending Precision to anybody!!

Unexpectedly I have to buy a new door w/ motor. The tech who came is Eric. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and spent time going over all my options (which actually sold the product). The cost is absolutely too high (but so are other companies as I did have another estimate). This company does offer financing which is a plus. Eric also was pretty familiar with the financing procedure and how that works. Hopefully, the product I receive will deserve 5 stars as well.

Our garage door decided to break two nights before Thanksgiving. We didn't know who to call so I asked on the Madison MS mom's facebook group. One of the moms recommended Precision Doors and we are so glad they did. We called and were immediately connected to a nearby technician. They scheduled us fore between 2-4pm but our technician gave me a call and said he could head our way earlier if that was okay. We had Cameron and he was very respectful and polite. He fixed the garage in under an hour and was very pleasant to talk to. We highly recommend Precision Door Service.
